2. A new breed of leader. The need for resilient, adaptable leaders isn’t new—but this year, top execs are calling it out as a true blocker. Companies know they need new skills in the C-suite and beyond to unlock growth. That urgency will drive investment in leadership development, coaching, and new talent strategies.

These two elephants in the boardroom represent the clearest growth opportunities for B2B organizations in the coming year. But to capitalize on them, you need to move beyond generalized messaging. The work you do must tie directly to the outcomes these leaders care about most.
