Be a Great Panelist

Have you ever been on a panel discussion? Many of us have. That’s why this Harvard Business Review article on moderating panels intrigued me.
My favorite part was this formula near the end. High Altitude+Specifics+Audience not only works for the moderator but also for us panelists. Think about it: instead of cramming a speech into a seven-minute segment, ditch the slides and do these three things. Simple yet impactful.
