The one thing that keeps coming up with every client: How to find their best ideas—that concept that will make them stand out in a sea of successful people who are also sharing their big ideas.
And that perspective is never at 30,000 feet. Here’s why: The more crowded the marketplace, the more generalized the information. Everyone is framing the same problem in different ways. Everyone is using different words, stories, and analogies to explain the same thing.

What I’ve learned: Everyone has “buried treasure” that needs to be front and center. Your best ideas are not on the surface. They are buried in the minutia. It takes time and effort to find your best material. Get a shovel and start digging.
