What Abundance Looks Like Now
Here in the U.S., we celebrate gratitude today. Surrounded by good food and family, we take stock and give thanks for our abundance.
In my younger days, I used to measure abundance by what I had. What car I drove, where I lived. How many shoes I have in my closet.
Looking back, I chuckle at the thought. Now I measure abundance by what (and who) I love. All the people in my life that I just adore. All the adventures hubby and I go on to experience new things. All the rich conversations with brilliant people out to make the world better. (And, yes, I will admit it — I do have a lot of shoes that I still love.)
It’s the moments that matter now, not the merchandise.
May you have many more moments to be grateful for this holiday season.
